This instrument integrates the program for the Promotion and Operation of the Export bonded assembly Plant Industry (Assembles) and Establishes Programs of Temporary Importing to Produce Articles of Export (PITEX).
Exports of Mexican products to Canada in June 2010 totalled USD$10.1 billion, amount equivalent to 6 times higher than the trade value registered in 1993 (USD$1.3 billion). The average annual growth rate of exports from Mexico into Canada was 12.7%.
